Konrad Tomasik, 47, resident of Arlington Heights, died on April 10, 2015. Born in Lodz, Poland he immigrated to Chicago during his teens. He loved spending time watching movies from his youth and enjoyed listening to variety of music from techno to classical rock. Konrad loved animals, cars and enjoyed taking his bicycle for a nature ride. Friends and family will remember Konrad for his gentle soul and kind personality. He was a genuine person with a happy demeanor and had an uplifting quality about him. We will miss him greatly, especially his great sense of humor which was contagious. He will live forever in our hearts.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his devoted wife, Liz (Morales), a loving mother, Elizabeth Huska, dear grandmother, Gryzelda Kornijenko, as well as, extended family and friends.
Visitation Tuesday 1:00 PM until services 7:00 PM at Friedrichs Funeral Home.
